A comprehensive refurbishment project that transformed the space with a new commercial kitchen, a full refit of the restaurant seating area, and a redesigned bar. Blackburn College Food Preparation and Cooking Kitchen
A full refurbishment of Blackburn College’s catering and pastry kitchen, with design input provided by our team. The project was delivered on a fast-track basis over the summer period within a live campus environment, requiring close coordination with building services, college contractors, and the client team to successfully meet all project requirements.
Blackburn College – Classroom Refurbishments
Refurbishment of multiple classrooms across the campus, including the creation of a dedicated gaming room and a mock courtroom to support specialised learning experiences. The works were completed in a live environment with careful coordination to minimise disruption.
Blackburn College – Launchpad Learning Hub
A fast-track summer refurbishment transforming the former Debenhams ground floor into modern classrooms, offices and learning spaces for young people needing alternative learning opportunities. The project included full mechanical and electrical installations and implementation of a new fire strategy, completed on time and within budget.
